Our group (The U.S. Army Band/Chorus "Pershing's Own") was the featured entertainment for this evening.

 I remember that the late President Ford was wearing a really nice black tuxedo at this celebration. 

 We also backed up Bob Hope in his signature song, "Thanks for the Memories".

 

This special unit in which I served allowed me to sing

for several U.S. Presidents and a lot of famous people. 

 

We salute Gerald"Our"Ford 1913-2006
